On behalf of STB, we are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of STB has on May 25, 2004 proposed the following dividend to be approved by the shareholders of STB at the forthcoming Fourteenth Annual General Meeting:-

1. A First and Final Dividend of 5 sen per share exempt from Income Tax for the year ended December 31, 2003.

However, the dates of entitlement and payment of dividend would be finalised at a later date.
