Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the offer document in relation to the Offer dated 9 October 2025 ("Offer Document").

We refer to the Offer Document which sets out the details, terms and conditions of the Offer, the announcements dated 24 October 2025 and 14 November 2025 in relation to non-compliance with the Public Shareholding Spread.

The Board wishes to inform that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 14 November 2025 granted the Company an extension of time of 6 months until 23 April 2026 to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements

As at 6 November 2025, being the Closing Date of the Offer, the public shareholding spread of MPB stands at 11.87% (excluding treasury shares).

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has yet to formulate any rectification plan to address the non-compliance in the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement. Notwithstanding that, the Company will continue to monitor the level of the Public Shareholding Spread and make the necessary announcement in relation to the status of its effort to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread requirement in accordance with the Listing Requirements.
