We refer to our announcements dated 11 November 2015, 12 November 2015 and 16 November 2015 in respect of the aforesaid matter. The Trial commenced on 15 February 2016 until 17 February 2016 with MIB’s witnesses giving evidence in Court. The Judge then vacated the Trial date on 18 February 2016 and the Trial will continue on new dates to be fixed by the Court. We will make further announcement on any material development of the above matter.
