The Board of Directors of Mulpha International Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of authority for the purchase by the Company of its own shares at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Share Buy-back Statement will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Annual Report of the Company in due course.
