The Board of Directors of Mulpha International Bhd wishes to announce the change in the composition of Remuneration Committee following the retirement of Mr Chung Tze Hien on 8 June 2017.  

The composition of the Remuneration Committee after the change is as follows:-

1.   Dato' Yusli Bin Mohamed Yusoff  (Chairman)
2.   Kong Wah Sang
3.   Loong Caesar  (Appointed as member on 8 June 2017 in place of Chung Tze Hien)
