We wish to announce that Mulpha SPV 3 Pty Limited (“Mulpha SPV 3”) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha Norwest Pty Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha Investments Pty Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha Australia Limited, which in turn is wholly-owned by MIB) was deregistered on 8 August 2017 by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission pursuant to sub-section 601AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Mulpha SPV 3, a dormant company, was incorporated in Australia on 4 February 2014 with a paid-up share capital of A$1.00.  As a result of the deregistration, Mulpha SPV 3 has ceased to be an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB. 

The deregistration of Mulpha SPV 3 has no material financial effect on MIB.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MIB or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the aforesaid deregistration.
