Further to our announcement dated 11 April 2017 in relation to the closure of  Hayman Island following Tropical Cyclone Debbie, we wish to advise that a full assessment of damage and rectification works have now been completed.  Our building and design teams are currently in the process of finalising the plans for reconstruction. At this point, the re-opening date has not been confirmed, however it is clear that works will extend to late 2018 or early 2019.  

As previously announced, the property is covered under a property insurance policy subject to a deductible of up to A$10 million as well as business interruption cover to protect the impact on trading results for a period of up to 24 months.

We will make further announcement(s) should there be any material development.
