The Company wishes to announce that Mr Chew Hoy Ping, the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee on 7 June 2018, in place of Mr Kong Wah Sang who retired on the same day.

After the change, the members of the Remuneration Committee are as follows:-

1.  Dato' Yusli Bin Mohamed Yusoff - Chairman (Independent Non-Executive Director)

2.  Loong Caesar - Member (Independent Non-Executive Director)

3.  Chew Hoy Ping - Member (Independent Non-Executive Director)
