Further to our announcements dated 18 February 2016, 27 May 2016, 4 August 2016, 17 August 2016, 26 October 2016, 29 November 2017, 5 February 2018, 27 April 2018, 16 May 2018, 5 June 2018, 6 July 2018 and 9 August 2018, we wish to announce that the Trial continued on 7 September 2018 with Mula’s witnesses giving evidence in Court. The Trial date fixed on 9 November 2018 has  been vacated by the Court. The Court has fixed new Trial dates on 5, 6 and 7 December 2018, in addition to the Trial dates which had already been fixed on 19 November 2018 and 21 to 22 November 2018 for the continuation of the Trial.
