Reference is made to our announcements dated 4 December 2017 and 30 November 2020 in respect of the Series 6 Notes due on 28 December 2021, which were issued by Mulpha MTN Limited under its Medium Term Note Programme.
We wish to announce that Mulpha MTN Limited has on 29 October 2021 made an early redemption of the Series 6 Notes for an amount of US$70 million and accordingly the Series 6 Notes have been fully redeemed on even date.
This announcement is dated 1 November 2021.
