Pursuant to Chapter 10, Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that Pindari Capital Capri Retail Pty Limited (in its capacity as trustee for Capri Retail Trust), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB, has on 25 May 2022, entered into a Contract of Sale with Capri On Via Roma Pty Ltd (“Vendor”) (in its capacity as trustee for Capri Enterprises Unit Trust) to acquire the Capri On Via Roma shopping centre and associated marina located at 15-21 Via Roma, Isle of Capri, Queensland 4217, Australia from the Vendor for a total cash consideration of A$65.5 million (equivalent to approximately RM204,687,500 based on the exchange rate of A$1.00 : RM3.125 as at 25 May 2022).
