The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Offer.
We refer to our announcement dated 23 September 2022 in relation to the Offer.
In accordance with Rule 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia, the Board (save for the interested director, namely Mr Lee Seng Huang) wishes to announce that MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd has been appointed to act as the Independent Adviser of Mulpha to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation to the non-interested directors and the holders of the Offer Shares in respect of the Offer.
