The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the proposed renewal of authority for the purchase by the Company of its own shares at the forthcoming 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Share Buy-back Statement containing the details of the proposed renewal of share buy-back authority will be announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and published on the Company's website in due course, and the shareholders will be notified accordingly.
