Pursuant to Chapter 10, Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that Mulpha Marymount Pty Ltd (ACN 682 762 447) (“Mulpha Marymount”) in its capacity as trustee of Mulpha Marymount Property Trust (ABN 49 308 491 439) has on 3 December 2024, entered into a Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Land (“Contract”) with the Trustees of the Sisters of Mercy (Parramatta) (ABN 30 161 863 296) (“Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of the property known as “Marymount Mercy Centre” located at 36-56 David Road, Castle Hill, New South Wales 2154, Australia (“Property”) from the Vendor for a purchase consideration of A$68.09 million (plus A$5.7 million being the estimated GST payable by the Vendor under the margin scheme) [hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Acquisition”].
