Pursuant to Chapter 10, Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that Mulpha Capri Retail Pty Ltd (ACN 655 613 942) (“Mulpha Capri”) in its capacity as trustee for Capri Retail Trust (ABN 50 731 734 043) has on 31 January 2025, entered into a Contract for Sale (“Contract”) with Capri Holding GC Pty Ltd (ACN 683 739 951) as trustee for the Capri Trust (ABN 24 896 323 798) (“Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal of the shopping centre known as “Capri on Via Roma” (“Shopping Centre”) and associated marina (“Marina”) located in Queensland, Australia (“Property”) to the Purchaser for a total cash consideration of A$85.5 million (“Sale Consideration”) [hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Disposal”].
