Pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(19) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that ACN 009 669 952 Pty Limited (ACN: 009 669 952) (formerly known as HD (Qld) Pty Limited) (“ACN”) has on 1 September 2025, held an extraordinary general meeting, at which it was resolved that ACN be wound up voluntarily and that Mr Marcus Watters of Hall Chadwick (Chartered Accountants) be appointed as the liquidator for the member voluntary winding-up.  ACN is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha Australia Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB.

ACN was incorporated in Queensland, Australia on 14 October 1952. ACN principally operated as a Hastings Deering dealership from Kerry Road, Archerfield which included providing mechanical servicing (repairs and rebuilds) of Caterpillar earthmoving equipment. ACN ceased business operations over 20 years and has been dormant since.

ACN is not a major subsidiary of MIB as ACN’s level of contribution is below 70% of the profit before tax and total assets employed of MIB Group. The member voluntary winding-up of ACN is not expected to have any financial or operational impact on MIB Group, and there are no expected losses arising therefrom.

None of the directors or major shareholders of MIB and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the member voluntary winding-up of ACN.
