The Board of Directors of PeterLabs wishes to announce that the Company proposes to amend its Articles of Association ('the Proposed Amendments'). The Proposed Amendments are to streamline the Articles to be in line with the recent amendments of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Proposed Amendments are subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be convened.

Details of the Proposed Amendments together with the Notice of the Second AGM will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
