The Board of Directors of PeterLabs Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Fifth Annual General Meeting ("5th AGM") held on 25 June 2015 were duly passed. Dr. Teo Kooi Cheng, an Executive Director of the Company did not seek re-election at this 5th AGM and retired at the conclusion of the 5th AGM. This announcement is dated 25 June 2015. |
