The Board of Directors of Peterlabs is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Osmosis Nutrition Sdn Bhd had on 20 June 2016 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with In-Cube Kitchen Sdn Bhd (Company No. 743765-K) for the acquisition of one (1) unit of 3-Storey Semi Detached Office Block cum Factory Unit for a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Four Million Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand (RM4,650,000.00) only.
