Description PETERLABS HOLDINGS BERHAD ("Peterlabs" or "the Company") Acquisition of One (1) Unit of 3-Storey Semi Detached Office Block cum Factory Unit in the development project known as "Excellent Technology Park" by Osmosis Nutrition Sdn Bhd, a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Peterlabs for a Purchase Price of RM4,650,000.00 ("Acquisition of Property")

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 21 June 2016 and announcement on 27 June 2016 in reply to the query letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 24 June 2016 in respect of the matter.

In this regard, we wish to clarify the following:-

The purchase consideration of RM4,650,000 was arrived at a willing buyer willing seller basis, after taking into account the evaluation undertaken by the bank which provided the financing package in respect of the acquisition of the Property, instead of as stated in the announcement dated 21 June 2016.

There were no other liabilities nor contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by Peterlabs arising from the acquisition of the Property save for and except for the execution of a Corporate Guarantee by Peterlabs and the execution of a legal charge in respect of the land together with 3 storey semi detached office block cum factory unit to the bank for a term loan of RM4.2 million to be undertaken by Osmosis Nutrition Sdn Bhd.
