On behalf of the Board of Directors of PLabs, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that MITI has, via its letter dated 29 June 2016 taken note and has no objection for the Company to undertake the special Bumiputera issue of up to 19,270,000 new PLabs Shares to comply with the Bumiputera Equity Requirement, representing approximately 8.52% of the new enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of PLabs to Bumiputera investors to be identified by the Company and/or MITI and approved by MITI at an issue price to be determined later.
