The Board of Directors of PLabs wishes to announce that on 3 August 2016, the Company received notices from Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") in respect of Biojava and OMS Aquaculture, subsidiaries of PLabs being struck off from CCM under Section 308(1) of the Companies Act, 1965 with effect from 19 April 2016 and 29 April 2016 respectively. Accordingly Biojava and OMS Aquaculture shall cease to be the subsidiaries of PLabs with effect from the date hereof. The strike off of Biojava and OMS Aquaculture have no material effects on the earnings per share and net assets of PLabs Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. This announcement is dated 8 August 2016. |
