Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 April 2016, 28 April 2016, 6 June 2016, 7 June 2016, 30 June 2016, 29 July 2016, 5 August 2016 and 17 January 2017 in relation to the Special Bumiputera Issue. Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the abovementioned announcements. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 January 2017 (which was received on 19 January 2017), resolved to grant PLabs an extension of time of six (6) months up to 3 August 2017 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Special Bumiputera Issue. This announcement is dated 19 January 2017.
