We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Special Bumiputera Issue. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Special Bumiputera Issue. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price for up to 19,270,000 new PLabs Shares to be issued pursuant to the Special Bumiputera Issue ("Issue Shares") has been fixed on 11 May 2017 ("Price-Fixing Date") at RM0.29 per Issue Share. The issue price of RM0.29 per Issue Share represents a premium of approximately 1.12% to the five (5)-day VWAP price of PLabs Shares up to and including 9 May 2017 (being the last market day prior to the Price-Fixing Date) of RM0.2868 per PLabs Share. For information purposes, the actual number of Issue Shares to be placed out will depend on the final acceptance by the identified placees. This Announcement is dated 11 May 2017.
