We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Special Bumiputera Issue. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Special Bumiputera Issue. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that 7,939,900 Issue Shares have been listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00a.m. on 24 May 2017. In view that the General Mandate which applies to this Special Bumiputera Issue will expire at the forthcoming annual general meeting which will be held on 30 May 2017, there will be no subsequent tranches for the Special Bumiputera Issue. In this regard, the Special Bumiputera Issue has been completed today. This Announcement is dated 24 May 2017.
