Peterlabs Holdings Berhad ("PLabs" or the "Company") wishes to announce that at the 7th Annual General Meeting ("7th AGM") of PLabs held today, all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of 7th AGM dated 28 April 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders of PLabs. The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose.
