The Company refers to the article in The Star, Starbiz Section, Page 3 dated 5 February 2018 with regards to the quote of "Peterlabs is aiming to acheive 20% sales growth for 2018".

The Company wishes to clarify that it has been achieving on average 15% growth in revenue for the past 5 years and in particular for the financial year ending 31 December 2018 the management aims to achieve 20% in revenue growth for the year. This aimed revenue growth is a company-wide goal set by the management but the ability to achieve the goal will be subject to prevailing performance of the underlying business operation and relevant market condition of the industry that the Company is in, amongst other macro-economic condition of Malaysia where the Company's customers are mostly from. The said revenue growth is not a forecast, and has not been reviewed by the external auditors.
