Pursuant to Rule 14.08 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Peterlabs wishes to inform that Mr Lau Kin Wai, the Executive Director of the Company had on 25 January 2019 given his notice of intention to deal in the securities of Peterlabs during the closed period pending the announcement of Peterlabs's fourth quarter results for the period ended 31 December 2018.

Mr Lau Kin Wai current shareholdings in the Company is as follows:-
