We refer to your Company's announcement dated 12 March 2019, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

 

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

 

1.            The reason for the directors' view that the proposed Extraordinary General Meeting as requisitioned by Fatfish Ventures Sdn Bhd and Hoifutinhong Sdn Bhd  ("Proposed EGM") is not in the best interest of the Company.

 

2.            The timeframe within which Peterlabs Holdings Berhad ("Peterlabs") is required pursuant to the Companies Act 2016, to call for the Proposed EGM and to hold the Proposed EGM.

 

3.            The consequences to Peterlabs, if it fails to comply with the timeframe as stated in 2 above.
