The Board of Directors of Peterlabs Holdings Berhad ("Peterlabs" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed adoption of the new Constitution of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

 

The proposed adoption of a new Constitution in place of its existing Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company in its entirety is to be in line with the new Companies Act 2016 which came into force on 31 January 2017 and relevant amendments to the Ace Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

 

The Proposed New Constitution will be despatched in due course to the shareholders of the Company together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
