We refer to the Company’s first announcement dated 31 May 2022 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company’s classification as an affected listed issuer and the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Listing Requirements.

The Company wishes to announce that there have been no other material developments since the last announcement made on 26 September 2025 wherein we announced the completion of the Regularisation Plan.
