Description	SAPURAKENCANA PETROLEUM BERHAD ("SAPURAKENCANA" OR "SKPB") ACQUISITION OF 74,000 ORDINARY SHARES OF SGD1.00 EACH IN QUIPPO PRAKASH PTE LTD ("QP") (THE "ACQUISITION")
Reference is made to the announcement dated 13 July 2012 in relation to the Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the earlier announcement. SapuraKencana is pleased to announce that the Acquisition was completed on 28 August 2012. With the completion of the Acquisition, QP becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of SapuraKencana. QP is the owner of the derrick lay barge 'QP2000' which has lifting capacity of up to 2,000 metric tonnes. This announcement is dated 29 August 2012.
