We wish to announce that we have requested for the suspension in the trading of the securities of SKPB on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) with effect from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on 5 November 2012 pending the release of a material announcement.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(c) of Practice Note No. 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities for the Main Market.
