Tor Olav Trøim has served as Vice-President and a director of Seadrill Limited (listed on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") and Oslo Stock Exchange) since its inception in May 2005. His careers include Equity Portfolio Manager with Storebrand ASA (1987-1990), and Chief Executive Officer for the Norwegian Oil Company DNO AS (1992-1995). Mr. Trøim has also been a director of Seadrill Partners LLC (listed on the NYSE) since July 2012, and of Archer Limited (listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange) since its incorporation in 2007. Mr. Trøim is also a director of Golar LNG Limited (listed on NASDAQ), Aktiv Kapital ASA and is currently a director of two Oslo Stock Exchange listed companies, Golden Ocean Group Limited (also listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange) and Marine Harvest ASA. He served as a director of Frontline Ltd. (listed on the NYSE and Oslo Stock Exchange) from November 1997 until February 2008. |
