He also serves as the Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Frontline Ltd, a Bermudan company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Oslo Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange. He is also a director of Golar LNG Limited, a Bermudan company listed on the Nasdaq Global Market and a director of Golden Ocean Group Limited, a Bermudan company publicly listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and Singapore Stock Exchange.

Remarks :
The Board of Directors of SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad today announced it has approved the appointment of Mr Eduardo Antonello as a non-executive director. Mr Antonello is a member of the Executive Management team of Seadrill Limited. The Board said it looks forward to the contributions that he will bring to SapuraKencana as a board member.

He replaces Mr Tor Olav Troim on the Board as a nominee of Seadrill Limited. The Board said it recognised and thanked Mr Troim for his contributions while he was a Director.

Finally, the Board said it was very pleased that Mr John Fredriksen, who is Chairman of the Board, President and a director of Seadrill Limited, will continue to be an alternate director of the Company.
