With reference to the announcement dated 22 January 2016 in respect of the termination of the Proposed Acquisition of Interest in Oil and Gas Assets in Vietnam ("Proposed Transaction"), SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad ("SKPB") wishes to announce that the following indirect wholly-owned subsidiares (the "Subsidiaries") were dissolved on 16 August 2016 pursuant to the International Business Companies Act, (No. 45 of 2000 Section 138) of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas:

1) SapuraKencana Energy Vietnam (Cuu Long) Inc
2) SapuraKencana Energy Vietnam (Nam Con Son) Inc
3) SapuraKencana Energy Vietnam (Malay Tho Chu) Inc

The dissolution of the Subsidiaries will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of SKPB for the financial year ending 31 January 2017. 

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of SKPB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolutions.
