SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad ("SKPB") wishes to inform that Dhow Offshore Sdn Bhd (?DOSB?), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SKPB, has on 8 March 2017 received a notification dated 15 February 2017 from the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") informing that the name of DOSB has been struck off from the register of CCM pursuant to an application for striking off made by DOSB on 20 May 2016.

The striking off of DOSB will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of SKPB for the financial year ending 31 January 2018.
