We refer to our announcements dated 23 February 2017 and 23 March 2017 in relation to the proposed change of the Company's name. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has today received the Notice of Registration of New Name dated 24 March 2017 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad" to "Sapura Energy Berhad" with effect from 24 March 2017. This Announcement is dated 27 March 2017.
