The Board of Directors of Sapura Energy Berhad (formerly known as SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad) ("Company") wishes to announce that all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Sixth Annual General Meeting ("6th AGM") dated 30 May 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 6th AGM held today.

The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Mega Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
