Description Dissolution of: SAPURAKENCANA ENERGY RESOURCES LTD.

Sapura Energy Berhad ("SEB") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary namely SapuraKencana Energy Resources Ltd. (the "Subsidiary") was dissolved on 9 July 2018 pursuant to the Bermuda Companies Act, 1981. 

The dissolution of the Subsidiary will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of SEB for the financial year ending 31 January 2019.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of SEB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution.
