The Board of Directors of Sapura Energy Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Seventh Annual General Meeting ("7th AGM") dated 30 May 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 7th AGM held today.

The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
