Sapura Energy Berhad ("SEB") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary namely Sapura Exploration and Production (Vietnam) Inc. (the "Subsidiary"), a dormant company, was dissolved on 18 July 2018 pursuant to the International Business Companies Act, (No. 45 of 2000 Section 138) of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. 

The dissolution of the Subsidiary will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of SEB for the financial year ending 31 January 2019.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of SEB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution.
