(I) PROPOSED RIGHTS ISSUE OF SHARES WITH WARRANTS;

(II) PROPOSED RIGHTS ISSUE OF RCPS-i; AND

(III) PROPOSED AMENDMENTS

(COLLECTIVELY TO BE REFERRED TO AS "PROPOSALS")

We refer to the Company's announcements dated 24 August 2018 and 18 September 2018 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the application to the Shariah Advisory Council of the Securities Commission Malaysia to seek its approval for the structure of RCPS-i has been submitted on 21 September 2018.
