We refer to the Company's announcements dated 24 August 2018, 18 September 2018, 24 September and 25 September 2018 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the listing application in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants, Proposed Rights Issue of RCPS-i and the Proposed ESOS has been submitted to Bursa Securities today.
