Description SAPURA ENERGY BERHAD (SEB OR THE COMPANY) CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors of SEB wishes to announce that the composition of the Long Term Incentive Plan Committee ("LTIPC") of the Company had been revised on 23 November 2018.  Accordingly, the composition of the LTIPC will now be as follows:

 

  1. YBhg Dato' Hamzah Bakar (Chairman, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director);
  2. YBhg Tan Sri Datuk Amar (Dr) Hamid Bugo (Member, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director); and
  3. YBhg Datuk Ramlan Abdul Rashid (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director).
