Outcome of Meeting
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sapura Energy Berhad ("Company”), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 7 November 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the EGM held today.
The results of the poll were validated by Messrs Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
