Deemed interested in 275,000 ordinary shares by virtue of the shareholding held by him and his children in Sego Holdings Sdn Bhd, which in turn holds 50% in Santubong Properties Sdn Bhd pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016. This announcement also serves as a notification under Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The percentage of the ordinary shares acquired under item (1) is 0.006% (Direct Interest); and under items (2) to (4) pursuant to rights issue is 0.006% (Direct Interest) of the total number of issued ordinary shares of the Company at the acquisition date.
