The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that SEB proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Adoption of the new Constitution of the Company at the forthcoming Eighth Annual General Meeting ("8th AGM") to be convened.

The proposed adoption of a new Constitution in place of its existing Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company ("Proposed New Constitution") in its entirety is to be in line with the new Companies Act 2016 which came into force on 31 January 2017 and relevant amendments to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Proposed New Constitution will be set out in Appendix A of the Notice of the 8th AGM of the Company, which will be dispatched to the shareholders in due course.
