- Initiation of Civil Suit by Puresino (Guanghan) Water Co Ltd (“Puresino Guanghan”), a subsidiary of Taliworks
We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 30th March 2011 and wish to furnish the following additional information in relation to the above matter for public release:
  1. By virtue of Section 113 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Deyang City Intermediate People Court (“the Court”) shall deliver a copy of the civil claim on the Defendants within five (5) days from 30th March 2011, the date of acceptance of the case by the Court. Upon receipt of the civil claim, the Defendants are required to furnish a reply within fifteen (15) days; and
  2. The expected losses may arise from this civil suit in the event that the Defendants make a counter-claim against the Company and the Court rules in favour of the Defendants.

This announcement is dated 31st March 2011.
