The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce a fourth interim single tier dividend of RM0.02 per ordinary share on 1,209,488,950 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015 and to be paid on 11 April 2016 to the shareholders of TCB whose names appear in the register of depositors of TCB on 14 March 2016.
